The Replenisher plays a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels on the production floor, ensuring both general and automated containers are consistently stocked and organized. Success in this role hinges on anticipating material demand, proactively identifying items that require replenishment, and responding promptly to unexpected requests that support ongoing production activities. This position demands unwavering commitment to quality standards, strict compliance with safety protocols, and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) always.

Your key responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers.
• Keep stock inventory on the floor well maintained and replenished, including both general and automated containers.
• Understand upcoming demand and collaborate with production and inventory teams to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring a seamless flow of raw materials and chemicals required for production.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to ad hoc replenishment requests. 
• Escalate to the inventory team if there is a system block.
• Strict adherence to labeling protocol, including printing/reprinting labels, selecting label sizes according to container types, proper placement of labels on containers, proper disposal of extra or ruined labels

You bring

• High School diploma or equivalent or prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
• Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens
• Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose
• Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $26.00.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
