This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and directing the financial performance of the company including budget preparations, financial and statistical reporting, cost reporting, and full balance sheet ownership. You will work with all managers and officers to improve the financial performance of the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting functions.
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements – with variance analysis.
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for accurate reporting of consolidated business results.
- Balance sheet, cash flow, and treasury management.
- Co-manage the budget process with the CFO and FP&A Leader.
- Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes.
- Governance/Compliance leadership and management.
- Risk Management.
- Evaluate accounting and internal control systems.
- Future participation in ERP migration selection, plan, and execution.
- Provide management with information and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Coordinate activities of external auditors.
- Tax preparation and compliance, including oversight of state sales tax collection.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in Great Plains, Dynamics, Prophix applications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- 10+ years’ related experience in related industry with a proven track record in accounting/finance management role(s).
- CPA License (preferred)
