This position is Full Time, working Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm.

What you will do:
Responsible for answering the main PBX. Paging physicians and other authorized personnel and maintaining watch of all hospital alarms. Responsible for greeting and recepting all ED patients who enter via the lobby. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Provides excellent customer services to patients, customers and visitors.
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills:
Computer keyboarding, medical terminology

Meditech, Microsoft Office

Required Experience:
At least 6 months of previous customer service experience
