- Assist the team in the administration of HDC’s rent roll submission process
- Provide technical support to users submitting rent rolls; troubleshoot and solve permission, contact, and data quality challenges
- Execute data extraction, cleaning, tabulation, and visualization as needed
- Perform data entry for rental assistance contracts
- Communicate findings to the P&A and DMU teams along with other key stakeholders
- Undertake special projects/initiatives as requested
- Strong coordination, organization, and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technology
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Enrolled in an associates/bachelors’ program. This internship is open to all majors, but see “preferred qualifications” below for coursework areas most relevant to this opportunity
- Experience working in customer service or in tech support
- Familiarity with R (Tidyverse), Python (Pandas), or other data analysis software (e.g. Stata)
- Commitment to the public sector
