Territory Sales Specialist – Cardiovascular Medical Device Sales

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Territory Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by introducing innovative cardiovascular devices to hospitals and clinics.

  • Build Key Relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with cardiologists, EPs, and hospital decision-makers.

  • Strategize & Execute: Use market insights and CRM tools to create targeted sales plans and manage your pipeline.

  • Collaborate to Win: Work with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 1–3 years of successful sales experience (medical device, pharma, or B2B)

    • Valid driver’s license + ability to travel within territory

    • Based in territory (or open to relocation)

  • Preferred:

    • Experience selling to cardiologists or within cardiovascular specialties

    • Knowledge of hospital sales cycles and healthcare systems
