Overview:
The Lead Case Management Specialist provides day-to-day supervision and support to the Indiana Ryan White Part B Case Management team while also delivering direct case management services to people living with HIV. As a frontline expert, the Lead ensures high-quality, compliant service delivery in accordance with Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) Ryan White Part B standards.
Working in close coordination with the Program Manager, the Lead is responsible for staff training, workflow coordination, and ensuring consistency in client assessments, care planning, and referrals. This position plays a critical role in maintaining program integrity, supporting team performance, and promoting a client-centered approach to care.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related field is required. Candidates with case management experience of two years or more will also be considered as viable applicants.
- 1-2 years of personnel supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of case management principles.
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.
