POSITION SUMMARY: As the Outreach Benefit Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate and qualify leads, with a focus on promote our home healthcare services. As a vital member of our sales team, you will engage with prospective clients, educate them about the benefits of our services, and schedule appointments for further consultation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects for our home healthcare services.
2. Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our services and answering any questions they may have.
3. Effectively communicate the value proposition of United Energy Workers Healthcare to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits of our services.
4. Listen attentively to prospect needs and concerns, and identify opportunities to address them through our offerings.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, including notes on conversations and follow-up actions.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for further consultation with qualified prospects.
7. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations to better position United Energy Workers Healthcare in the marketplace.
9. Continuously improve all sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all sales activities.
