Role Summary
We’re looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join our Data & Research team. This role is essential to help us uncover insights through statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data-driven storytelling. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team that values intellectual curiosity, clear communication, and creative problem-solving.
This role exists to support the Data & Research team’s mission: to build statistical models that uncover meaningful insights and drive smarter decisions. This role reports to the Head of Data & Research and is based in the office, 5 days a week.

Essential Job Functions
You’ll be responsible for organizing and cleansing datasets to ensure they are ready for use in econometric models, machine learning applications, and data visualizations. Another key task will be using visualization tools like PowerBI and Sigma to create the compelling, high-impact dashboards that will bring our research to life.
As a member of the Data & Research team, you will help create a quarterly slide deck assessing macro trends, industry hot topics, and portfolio analytics with a focus on the Retail and Office sectors. You’ll also maintain our SharePoint site and automate data updates for our standard quarterly PowerPoint presentations, ensuring our materials are always fresh and accurate.


In addition to hands-on data work, you’ll help manage relationships with external data vendors, study emerging data and share your findings with your team.

Qualifications and Technical Competencies
• 3-5 years of experience in data research and quantitative analysis
• Experience building forecast models for predictive analytics
• Intermediate-to-advanced coding and coding library searches (ex. Python)
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Sigma)
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams)

Benefits & Compensation
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Base Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
