Your day to day as a Health Services Coordinator - LPN
As the Temporary Health Services Coordinator - LPN at Mennonite Village, you'll be the heartbeat of our dedicated healthcare team! You'll prepare and administer medications while ensuring every order is verified for accuracy. Your keen eye will review care plans, charts, and progress notes to meet our residents’ needs effectively.
Conducting health assessments and coordinating care will be part of your daily routine, along with monitoring skin conditions and providing basic wound care. You’ll lead care plan meetings, collaborate with various healthcare providers, and promote residents' rights as outlined in the "Resident’s Bill of Rights.” As a proactive problem-solver, you'll investigate incidents and safety hazards while facilitating smooth transitions to higher levels of care. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in team management by assisting with hiring and training.
