As our Nursing Services Educator, you'll earn a starting competitive salary of $75,000–$85,000 annually (depending on experience). We also offer our top-tier benefits package, including:

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The standard shift time falls within the core hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to train staff across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

YOUR DAY

As the Nursing Services Educator, you'll design and deliver training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and confidence in providing exceptional care. Your role will include onboarding new hires, running skills fairs, analyzing data, and implementing quality improvement measures to impact patient safety and staff development. Collaborating with the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioners, and frontline staff, you'll foster a culture of excellence, investigate incidents, and promote a "quality is everyone's business" mindset, ensuring a commitment to exceptional care.


REQUIREMENTS

  • RN or LPN license in good standing in Indiana
  • Valid CPR certification
  • 3+ years of supervisory, quality, or education experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, EMR systems, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Geriatric population experience is preferred.
