Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage on/off hires and associated documentation.
- Audit and review plant hire lists to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Administer service and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely resolution of reported defects.
- Raise accurate purchase and hire orders for plant and equipment.
- Match GRNs to invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Record and report damages and losses to plant.
- Maintain and audit external plant hire lists.
