Do you have 2+ years of salon floor experience?

We are  looking for a stylist who’s passionate about delivering exceptional hairdressing and creating looks that clients love. This is your chance to grow your skills, work with a loyal client base, and access world-class training through our London Academy.

Working Pattern

Working Pattern –  up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday)

Your Role

1. Deliver personalised consultations and the full TONI&GUY experience
2. Build a strong client base and nurture loyalty
3. Recommend expert colour services and retail products
4. Support and inspire apprentices through training and guidance
5. Maintain the high standards and reputation of the TONI&GUY brand
6. Continue developing your skills with regular training and education

Who We’re Looking For

1. A stylist with 3+ years’ salon floor experience
2. Skilled in precision cutting and styling
3. Creative, with the ability to bring client ideas to life
4. Focused on client care and exceptional service
5. Organised and confident managing a busy column
