Job Description:

1. Customer Segmentation
• Define, manage, and continuously refine customer segments to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead strategy development for priority customer segments, with a strong focus on AHNW customers under the Prestige program.
• Oversee the design and execution of premium customer engagement activities, exclusive events, and tailored benefits that strengthen segment loyalty and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage the Customer Segmentation & Strategy team to ensure effective planning, execution, and performance tracking.

2. Strategic Initiatives, Business Development & Execution
• Lead company-wide customer strategic programs.
• Drive cross-functional business development projects in partnership with distribution, marketing, digital, and operations teams.
• Ensure initiatives are aligned with company KPIs.
• Oversee strategic planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for key projects.

3. Customer Insights & Analytics
• Lead the Customer Insights function to deliver data-driven strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee analysis of customer profiles, behaviors, and needs to inform product development, marketing, and engagement strategies.
• Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations for campaigns, product enhancements, and segment-specific engagement initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in customer strategy, segmentation, marketing, or related functions, ideally within financial services or insurance.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic programs and cross-functional business initiatives with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in leveraging insights for business growth.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and delivering results through collaborative leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to high-net-worth customer management and premium engagement programs is highly desirable.
