We're seeking a Production Operator (Mold Making Area) to join our dedicated team in Salt Lake City, Utah.  This role is a great fit if you enjoy following specific drawings, measuring, constructing parts — and don’t mind using ovens, grinding materials, or working around machinery.  

This role is temp to hire. 

Pay rate is $17.50 hourly

Schedule is  Mon-Fri, 6am to 2:30pm

Duties & Responsibilities

• Mold and shape plastic parts used in prosthetics industry
• Prepare materials, mix chemicals, and perform casting/pouring
• Carve, grind, and finish components to precise specifications
• Follow work instructions and perform quality inspections
• Collaborate with your team to improve processes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• A team player with a safety-first mindset
