Job Title: Grinder Operator

Job Location: Surprise (El Mirage Rd & Cactus Rd)

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-5:30 pm

Job Pay: $19.00

A2Z Staffing, LLC is currently looking for Grinder Operator for a growing warehouse in the West Valley.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding plastic materials and sorting/dumping bags in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying temperature conditions.

Job Duties

• Grinding plastic material
• Sorting / dumping bags
• Forklift Experience is a plus
• Standing for extend periods of time
• Keeps area clean and organized
• Performs similar job duties as required

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Must Pass a 10 panel drug screen
• Clean Background (felonies over 5 to 7 years could possibly be ok)
• Must Pass E-Verify
• Must have steeled toe boots
• Must Have Transportation (no public transportation nearby)
• Lift 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a loud environment

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Writing, mathematical skills, and a basic mechanical understanding
• One year Experience with Folder Gluers (minimum)
• Two or more years’ experience with machine operation, preference in folding and gluing
• Possesses the knowledge to work safely with available tools and chemicals

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle fast pace and high stress environment
• Ability to withstand dusty and noisy conditions
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and push/pull at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel or stoop for extended periods of time
