The Training Coordinator supports the Learning & Development and Talent teams in the development, sourcing, execution, evaluation, and administration of training. This position will support the teams on top-priority training programs, including leadership development, onboarding, and training for strategic initiatives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate logistics (including travel, meals, and lodging) for all instructor-led workshops. This includes creating/following a checklist, sending pre-training communications, printing, and distributing materials, providing administrative support during training, and post-training follow-up activities.
  • Manage the corporate training rooms and provide onsite support for in-person or hybrid events.
  • Manage the ordering and re-stocking of supplies for the Learning & Development team.
  • Support virtual instructor-led training, including launching and supporting the online session (conductor – sharing screen, launching polls, creating breakout rooms, etc.).
  • Fulfill employee training requests by co-managing the training email inbox and Service Now requests to provide fast, positive customer service. Work with others, as needed, to ensure all employee questions and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Support Learning Management System activities by generating reports, testing materials, and addressing routine requests and issues.
  • Build and distribute training feedback surveys, including regular reporting of results.
  • Prepare and distribute reports showing completion of key training, including onboarding, leadership training, and compliance on a monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Create and maintain job aids, reference guides, and additional resources for key systems.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning & Development content storage processes including the team SharePoint site and training archive.
  • Support the audit and maintenance of training content by running reports to determine which training is up for review, reaching out to the content owner to review their content, and tracking updates needed to be assigned to the appropriate team member.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Some higher education beyond H.S. (coursework in HR or Learning & Development preferred).

  • Interest or emerging skills in content design
  • Experience working with a learning management system (LMS)

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
