💼 Role Overview

As a Promotions & Outreach Trainee, you’ll be a key player in bringing nonprofit campaigns to life. Through face-to-face engagement and live event support, you’ll help increase public awareness, drive donor participation, and build meaningful community relationships.

No prior experience needed — we provide comprehensive paid training and mentorship to help you succeed.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Represent nonprofit partners at events, retail pop-ups, and public spaces to educate the public and promote campaign goals

• Campaign Promotion: Set up and manage event displays and marketing materials that effectively convey the mission of each nonprofit partner

• Donor Interaction: Initiate conversations with potential supporters to encourage donations and participation in nonprofit initiatives

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow outreach team members to ensure smooth, high-impact event execution

• Event Reporting: Track engagement data, gather public feedback, and contribute insights to improve future outreach efforts
