The Corporate Purchasing Coordinator will help facilitate ordering supplies and other needed materials. They also work with off site management on deciding what items are the best fit for their operations in terms of quality, availability, and price.  

Responsibilities -

  • Create purchase orders in Great Plains.
  • Place orders online and through email.
  • Research for competitive pricing.
  • Review invoices to ensure they match the created purchase order in price and items received.
  • Communicate with offsite location management.
  • Enforce company buying policies.

Job Qualifications-

  • Bilingual- Proficient in Spanish and English
  • This position requires high school education. Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through email and phone.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to multi task in a face paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  • Must be capable to work independently.
  • Must have outstanding telephone and email skills.
  • Must be able to set priorities and manage time well.
