Position Summary
As an Account Executive at AllCare, you are a strategic hunter and a key driver of our market expansion. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with executive decision-makers at Assisted Living Facilities across Southern California. Your success will be measured by your ability to acquire new flagship accounts and establish the foundation for long-term partnerships. This is not a remote position; you will be on the field building relationships and closing business, with two required days per week at our regional office for strategy and alignment.
What You’ll Do
- Full-Cycle Strategic Selling: Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and cold outreach to conducting compelling product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.
- Territory Management & Hunting: Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate the SoCal market, proactively identifying and qualifying new leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Executive Engagement: Build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives, facility owners, and administrators through insightful, consultative conversations that address their key challenges and goals.
- Product Expertise: Master the AllCare platform and effectively articulate its value proposition, competitive advantages, and ROI to a variety of stakeholders.
- Pipeline Discipline: Maintain accurate and timely activity, pipeline, and forecast data in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborative Handoff: Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, setting them up for success and future expansion.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar) in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, or services into the healthcare sector (e.g., Senior Care, SNFs, ALFs, Home Health).
- A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- A true "hunter" mentality with a proven ability to self-generate opportunities and build a pipeline from scratch.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- This is a field-based role: Must be willing to travel extensively within the Southern California region (approx. 3-4 days a week). This is not a remote job.
- In-Office Requirement: Must be available to work from our regional office twice per week.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in Assisted Living or Senior Care in Southern California.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $108,000 - $115,000 annually.
- Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience).
