Join our fast-paced and passionate team as an Apparel Tech Pack Designer, where your technical precision and design expertise help bring apparel concepts to life — from sketch to stitch.


What You’ll Do:


As our Tech Pack Designer, you’ll be the bridge between creative design and manufacturing execution. Your role is critical in ensuring that every garment detail is clearly documented, accurate, and production-ready. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage detailed technical documentation, and help ensure our products meet both aesthetic and quality standards.


This is a Full-time, Onsite position in Vincennes, Indiana.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed tech packs including technical flats, trims, construction notes, colorways, BOMs, and specs
  • Collaborate with the Cut Room Supervisor, Quality Control, and Production teams
  • Review samples for fit and accuracy and revise tech packs as needed
  • Track sample development and maintain version control
  • Support fittings and product reviews, providing clear technical feedback
  • Communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintain alignment with brand aesthetics, timelines, and production goals
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs (up to 75 lbs with assistance)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:


We need someone detail-obsessed, collaborative, and technically strong. This role is for you if you thrive under deadlines, speak fluent Illustrator, and know how a garment should feel and fit before it ever hits the floor.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years experience in tech pack creation or technical design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; PLM software experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and fit
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and dependable with a “can-do” attitude
