Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our Fraud Agentic Experience—a critical initiative that safeguards money movement across our payment systems by connecting data across multiple sources to detect, alert and take action on fraud through seamless customer experiences. This leader will combine deep risk and fraud domain expertise with world-class product management skills to design and execute solutions that not only mitigate fraud but also enable trust, adoption, and growth for our customers.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for fraud detection and prevention, from early-stage discovery and zero-to-one innovation to scaled adoption and monetization. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, data science, risk, finance, and go-to-market teams, ensuring that our product strategy aligns with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision : Define and drive the multi-year product vision for fraud detection and prevention, ensuring our approach evolves ahead of emerging fraud patterns and industry best practices. Establish frameworks to prioritize opportunities, balance risk reduction with customer experience, and secure alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fraud & Risk Expertise: Stay ahead of the latest fraud methodologies, bad actor tactics, and countermeasure technologies. Partner closely with data science, engineering, and operations to design scalable, accurate detection systems that minimize false positives while protecting the business and our customers.
- Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional product development efforts across engineering, design, risk operations, finance, marketing, and customer-facing teams. Translate complex risk concepts into clear product requirements, and drive execution from concept to launch in highly ambiguous problem spaces. Deliver zero-to-one features that set new industry standards for fraud management, with a proven track record of shipping high-impact products.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Develop deep domain expertise in customer workflows, empathizing with both customer pain points and business risks. Balance fraud protection with user experience, ensuring trust and transparency are at the core of every product decision.
- Monetization & Business Impact: Partner with finance, billing, marketing, and sales to define maturity thresholds for monetization of fraud-related features.
Build business cases for pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring alignment between product maturity, customer value, and revenue growth. Create communication and change management strategies for new features that resonate with both existing customers and prospects. - Leadership & Influence: Act as a thought leader for fraud and agentic experiences within the company and across the industry. Mentor other product managers, sharing best practices in product frameworks, cross-functional alignment, and customer-centric innovation.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or financial services, with at least 5 years focused on payments, risk, or fraud prevention.
- Proven success delivering zero-to-one products and scaling them into mature, monetized offerings.
- Strong track record of creating and using structured frameworks to prioritize product opportunities and drive alignment with executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of fraud detection methodologies, risk management frameworks, and emerging fraud tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer empathy with risk mitigation in building trusted, customer-friendly experiences.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience partnering across engineering, data science, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy, measure success, and iterate on product design.
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments, with a track record of creating clarity and building durable strategies in new problem spaces.
