Job Summary
The Engagement Partner role will hold responsibility over Hospital or EMS relationships and activities serving as a crucial link between agencies and hospitals, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and promotion of our company's mission and services.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our company's history, mission, program goals, and vision
- Communicate and network with public safety leaders, hospitals, 911 centers, fire departments, EMS agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and current resource` information dissemination
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to coordinate communication between our organization and partners, addressing issues effectively
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders to maximize partnership outcomes
- Play an integral role in promoting company services to public safety leaders, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate and participate in planning, scheduling, and execution of public relations events, meetings, open house events, educational events, and outreach activities
- Develop and implement an annual outreach plan encompassing promotional and educational strategies
- Utilize social media platforms to promote company services and activities
- Respond promptly to requests for information or inquiries related to outreach activities
- Document contacts, events, and interactions in designated outreach tracking software
- Plan, initiate, manage, and evaluate customer satisfaction programs to assess outreach effectiveness and participant experiences
- Provide feedback from interactions with contacts to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Attend local and regional EMS and/or hospital meetings to stay informed and foster professional relationships
- Deliver Air Medical Utilization and Ground School education sessions as required
- Conduct follow-up with customer contacts and track progress in service utilization appropriately
- Facilitate educational presentations with assistance from designated Outreach Specialists
- Manage scheduling and execution of public and hospital-related events, meetings, open house information sessions, etc.
- Act as a liaison to address issues presented by hospitals and public safety leaders, cultivating new relationships while maintaining existing customer connections
- Meet regularly with the outreach team to provide status reports, coordinate efforts, and align on strategic initiatives
- Prepare quarterly progress reports for meetings with Director of Air Medical Operations
- Participate actively in team and company meetings to contribute insights and support company-wide goals
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public relations, or related field
- Strongly preferred: Experience in EMS or hospital settings with strong knowledge of operations, patient care processes, EMS protocols, and air medical utilization.Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using outreach tracking software and social media platforms
- Ability to analyze data and utilize findings to improve outreach strategies
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
