Job Description:We're excited to welcome a Part-Time or Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Lake Houston Physical Therapy, part of the U.S. Physical Therapy family. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist in providing exceptional rehab services while helping to create a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve functional goals
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, students, and aides
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and/or Regional Leadership on clinical operations and patient outcomes
- Promote evidence-based practice and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Participate in community outreach and business development as needed
- Maintain professional licensure and stay current with continuing education
Required:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Texas license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
- A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
- A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday – No weekends!
