We are seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor for a long-term care facility located in York, PA. This position is responsible for supervising the Food and Nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care, hospital, or healthcare preferred.

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties
- Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
- Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
- Performs other job-related duties.
Dietary Supervisor Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Supervisor experience.
- Certification in healthcare cooking – ServSafe Preferred
- Must be able to work as a team member.
