The base salary for this position is expected to start at 175-180k. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

- Developing and delivering impactful presentations on research trends and insights for senior clients.

- Foster strong cohesion and camaraderie within the team while optimizing individuals' skillsets and allocating them to their best use.
- Demonstrate strong history of proven quantitative and qualitative research expertise among a variety of clients and industries.
- Ability to conduct, oversee and mentor on a wide breadth of research approaches, from basic to complex, including concept tests, tracking studies, Focus groups, ethnos, attitude and usage studies, voice of the customer, segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint (CBC and ACBC), etc.
- Apply the storytelling process and guide others on understanding the insights and then creating impactful deliverables on complex quantitative engagements that will drive action within our clients.
- Have an influencing presence resulting in high client loyalty based on a trusted relationship of sharing expertise and providing action-oriented value and strategic thinking.
- Independently develop moderately complex proposals including scoping, pricing, and deliverable creation
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the Account Strategy team and act as the research expert to assist in client conversations
- Own an account as determined by Team Leader and Business Development team to support a growth target (target will be determined and communicated annually ~$50-$200K for 2025)
- Ability to generate additional business by identifying new opportunities through existing work and taking action with the client
- Mentor RM level on proposal development
- Representing the research function at a senior level, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives.
- Coaching and mentoring Research Leads to cultivate their leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Invest in the growth of others through teaching and mentoring, being a critical part of others' success and providing impactful opportunities that align with developing skillsets.
- Successfully guide and collaborate with project teams on what the "end state" is and inspire them to make it happen.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the Account Strategy team and act as the quantitative research expert to assist in writing client proposals and sitting-in on client calls.
Qualifications
- Intermediate level knowledge in statistics and data analysis (descriptive statistics) required, advanced statistical skill (predictive modelling, multivariate statistics) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using SPSS or similar statistical software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze survey data, interpret survey results, and deliver actionable insights - while also being able to explain and mentor others in this
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, One Note)
- Healthcare (insurance) experience is a must.
