What You’ll Do
- Lead + Motivate: Coach and energize technicians and service advisors to perform at their best.
- Elevate the Experience: Create a transparent, customer-first environment that keeps people coming back.
- Run the Show: Oversee daily operations, streamline workflow, and keep the shop productive and efficient.
- Hit the Numbers: Track KPIs, drive performance, and make smart moves to boost profitability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with parts, sales, and leadership to keep everything running smoothly.

What You Bring
- Experience as a Service Manager or senior Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
- A natural leader who can build, coach, and energize a team.
- Strong grasp of dealership operations, DMS systems, and manufacturer service standards.
- Comfort with financials—reading reports, controlling costs, and finding growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):

10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.
