Award-winning engine distributor, Anderson Industrial Engines Co., Inc. (AIE) is looking for a talented Claims Administrator with experience reviewing and submitting warranty, freight, and vendor claims. The Claims Administrator role maintains and enhances claim administration services by providing warranty and coverage information, responds to dealer, customer, and vendor claim inquiries, and tracks the process through completion working with branch locations in Kansas City, KS, Modesto, CA and Omaha, NE.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work with a team of service specialists to provide warranty support of a service dealer network committed to following our vendors and AIE’s expectations and professional standards
  • Submit and process warranty, freight, and vendor claims
  • Perform the settlement of warranty, freight, and vendor claims
  • Enter the customer and vendor credits into Epicor (AIE’s ERP system)
  • Manage relationships individually and throughout the organization to achieve excellent levels of customer and vendor satisfaction
  • Collect necessary information and failed parts to file warranty claims with vendors
  • Consult with customers on warranty issues via email and phone
  • Work independently to accomplish all warranty requirements for the division
  • Follow the Non-Conformance / Inspection / DMR process through completion
  • Assist with creating a cost savings freight policy company wide

Requirements


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of claims processing experience
  • Experience with processing claims on mechanical systems such as automobiles, engines, and/or equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office
  • Computer skills required
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers, dealers, vendors, and co-workers
  • Maintain a professional appearance at the office and when conducting company business away from the office
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
