We're thrilled to welcome a Senior Cost Manager with a background in either mechanical and/or electrical estimation to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed quantity take-off and preliminary pricing for a variety of construction project types.
- Review and interpret construction drawings to understand the overall project scope.
- Support development of comprehensive cost estimates/models communicating the client’s project and strategic goals.
- Facilitate document control, file management, and project collaboration.
- Ensure a quality product is presented to the client by adhering to QA/QC procedures.
- Actively research, solicit and develop sources/vendors to compile and maintain the accuracy of cost information.
- Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years as a cost estimating professional, preferably as a consultant, to include, but not limited to, conceptual estimating, take-offs, change order review/reconciliation, value engineering solutions, etc.
- Prior healthcare estimating experience
- Prior experience with Mechanical and/or electrical estimation .
- Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications).
- Proficient user of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar quantity takeoff software preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture, or 2 years of applicable construction trade experience in lieu of a degree, is preferred.

Compensation: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00
