About you:

· You lead from the front with kindness, optimism, and a finely tuned growth mindset

· You have experience managing portfolio’s over $15M

· You’re passionate about building world-class Project Management teams

· You have at least 8+ years of agency experience

 

About the job:

· Responsible for elevating departmental Executional Excellence through ongoing performance evaluations, identifying knowledge gaps, developing corrective training solutions, and building effective and comprehensive onboarding programs

· Lead development of accurate assumptions, project plans and financial structures for all online and offline projects as well as complex, omni-channel initiatives

· Oversee financial forecasting, reconciliations, and resource allocations for all brands within portfolio and prepare rollup for Director of Project Management

· Evaluate changes in budgets, staffing forecasts and department utilization to provide strategic recommendations for preventing write-offs and maximize agency profit margins

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
