Job Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst (Finance) with expertise in managing the OneStream platform. In this role, you will oversee platform architecture and align it with business processes, while collaborating closely with finance stakeholders and technology teams. You will be responsible for technical planning, environment management, release planning, and ensuring smooth implementation of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of the OneStream platform, defining platform direction and ensuring optimized performance.

• Lead release planning, environment management, and change control.

• Provide strategic and technical guidance on FP&A software applications in alignment with compliance standards.

• Partner with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide consultation and solution direction.

• Collaborate with other analysts to align with the Finance architectural landscape and identify best-fit solutions.

• Investigate, analyze, and interpret complex business and system issues to deliver innovative solutions.

• Independently resolve complex issues while escalating only critical problems when necessary.

• Perform software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience (5+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#.

• Hands-on experience with finance applications.

• Desire to learn finance processes and gain solution expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or other corporate consolidation and planning tools.

• Knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning, and analysis processes.

• Experience with VB.Net and/or C# for business rules.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $109,393 – $148,739 (dependent on experience, location, and education).

• Eligible for discretionary incentive awards based on company and individual performance.

• Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave: accrual of 1 hour for every 30 worked (up to 48 hours per year).

• Full benefits package available.
