As we continue to scale, we are building out our Category Management function to enhance supplier engagement, drive growth, and improve overall marketplace performance.The Director of Partner Performance and Execution will play a critical role in shaping and executing
Xometry’s Category Management strategy. This leader will oversee supplier performance management, build scalable frameworks for monitoring partner success, and run the PMO function for category initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional leadership skills, a structured problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve partner outcomes and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Performance Management
- Develop and manage frameworks to track, evaluate, and improve supplier performance across quality, cost, and service metrics.
- Identify gaps in partner engagement and drive targeted interventions to enhance adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with Case Management, Operations, and Product teams to resolve systemic partner challenges.
- Program Management (PMO)
- Lead the PMO for Category Management, driving execution of high-priority initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Establish clear goals, timelines, and success measures for initiatives across multiple processes and categories.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and progress against strategic objectives.
- Analytics & Insights
- Build light but effective performance dashboards and reports to monitor supplier engagement, job acceptance, and category growth.
- Translate data into insights that inform strategy and support decision-making at the executive level.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to quantify impact of performance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, e-commerce, or a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Experience leading strategic programs and initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
