Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we offer flat-rate pay, unlimited flag hours, and the team support you need to succeed.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance and light repairs: oil changes, brakes, alignments, inspections

• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions

• Work on a variety of makes/models (diesel experience a plus)

• Ensure every job is done safely and professionally

• Flat-rate pay with unlimited earning potential – Top techs earn $60K–$100K+
