Social Media Coordinator + Front Bar Receptionist en FACE FOUNDRIÉ

FACE FOUNDRIÉ Rogers is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator who is also comfortable assisting with front desk reception duties. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, beauty, and skincare!

Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ Rogers

Position: Part Time, 14-16 hours per week
Pay: $13–$16/hour
Availability: Weekends and evenings required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the studio’s Instagram profile and other social media platforms

• Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and photos

• Attend pop-up events and in-studio events to capture content and support marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns, promotions, and social media strategies

• Front bar/reception duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and answering phones

• Assist with in-studio photography, video production, and editing

• Engage with followers online and respond to messages/comments promptly

• Help track analytics and report on social media performance to Owner and General Manager

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms

• Creative mindset with photography/video skills preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness is a plus
