What you’ll actually be doing:
You’ll be a true tech — not just a glorified restrainer or treat dispenser. We believe in letting skilled team members use their skills. You'll work alongside our doctors to provide compassionate care to a whole zoo of species and be empowered to take the lead on things like:

- Diagnostic sample collection
- Venipuncture & IV catheter placement (bonus if you don’t need to tape your own fingers together)
- Radiology (including exotic critters with very strong opinions about staying still)
- Anesthesia and surgical monitoring
- Pain management and patient comfort
- Dental radiographs, cleanings, and possibly identifying what that dog just ate
- General exotic-wrangling finesse and MacGyver-level problem solving
Who you are:
- You’ve got 2+ years of experience in a veterinary setting
- You’re not licensed, but you’ve got the knowledge, instincts, and hustle of someone who is
- You’re cool under pressure and can handle a minor chaos spiral without sacrificing your snack stash
- You’re adaptable, collaborative, and you laugh at least once per shift
- You care about patients, clients, your team, and maybe naming every orange cat “Cheddar”
