Lead on governance & compliance for non-senior game, working collaboratively with Governance, Wellbeing & Protection and Football departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensuring the processes & protocols for all areas of the grassroots game are understood and followed
· Implementing new and updated processes including provision of staff training
· Managing the administrative team responsible for player registrations, coach & official registrations & COMET support
· Analysing & understanding ticket queries (external & internal Comet support) with a view to improving support provision
· Building/ Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the non-senior game
· Facilitating education & awareness sessions as required
· Contributing to the roll out of minimum operating standards for clubs
· Introducing compliance checking for clubs
· Supporting the introduction and subsequent operation of the new PVG Unit.
