Role Overview:As a Working Student in Research & Development, you'll be a key part of our team, responsible for exploring new ideas and bringing them to life through technical development. You'll work on cutting-edge projects, including AI-driven initiatives, and provide hands-on support to our development team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the gaming industry, from building early-stage prototypes to optimizing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI-Enhanced Testing & QA Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows to improve team efficiency and build testing automations and QA tools, leveraging AI to enhance these processes.
  • MVP/Proof of Concept Development: Develop and iterate on early-stage prototypes and concepts.
  • Technical Support: Assist with coding, debugging, and implementing new features.
  • Research & Evaluation: Research, test, and assess new technologies, frameworks, and tools for potential integration, with a special focus on emerging AI applications.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Act as a problem-solver, helping teams navigate roadblocks and make informed trade-offs while working closely with cross-functional teams around the world.

What We Are Looking For:

Academic Background: Enrolled Students in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar fields.

Skills: Experience with programming, development tools, working with AI-driven Tools or technical problem-solving. You should have a solid understanding of software development principles.

Requirements:

  • Advanced university student (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Curiosity about gaming industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available for 20 hours per week on-site in Münster.
