Role
Enhance SICPA’s business productivity, efficiency, and flexibility by delivering secure, scalable, and modern workstation services and infrastructure to SICPA users across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support infrastructure components (currently MECM, Intune, JAMF).
- Manage mobile and tablet devices (iOS and Android) through MDM solutions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and recovery tasks at the device level (software updates, component updates).
- Integrate new hardware into existing infrastructure and perform unit testing.
- Set up and maintain lab environments.
- Own and manage side applications within the global solution (including supplier follow-up and technology evolution).
- Document and validate user and technician procedures and training materials — a passion for documentation is essential.
- Contribute to Digital Workplace projects such as Windows Autopilot and Office 365 migration.
- Collaborate with end-user support (Level 3) on procedures, knowledge bases, and ticketing.
- Supervise local IT activities.
- Actively contribute to service operations and improvements.
Profile
- Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102) appreciated.
- Familiarity with ITIL; certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a medium to large enterprise (2,000–10,000 workstations).
- Administration of MECM (formerly SCCM).
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBS).
- Experience with Windows 11 image preparation and updates (Autopilot).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft AD, GPOs, and CSPs.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Experience with Intune for Windows and mobile platforms.
- Experience with JAMF for macOS.
- Familiarity with workstation security tools (e.g., encryption, antimalware).
- Strong documentation skills and enthusiasm for creating clear, structured materials.
- Experience working in project mode.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with a global team.
