By incorporating digital into everything that we do, we are creating a better relationship with our consumers.About the RoleAs a Regulatory Executive within our D3I department in Bangalore, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and strategic management of raw material dossiers for our innovative beauty products.Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance: Proactively stay updated on relevant global and local regulations, guidelines, and best practices pertinent to raw material dossier management.Dossier Management: Take ownership of assigned raw material regulatory topics, meticulously building and managing comprehensive raw material dossiers to meet specific regulatory scopes and requirements.Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with internal teams (R&I, formulation, legal) and external partners (suppliers, regulatory bodies) to gather necessary data and ensure timely dossier completion.Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance dossier management workflows, improve efficiency, and refine document control and accessibility processes within the department.Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on all dossiers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and strict compliance with all relevant regulations.To Succeed in This Position, You Have:Education: Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in regulatory affairs, dossier management, or a related field, preferably within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.Technical Skills:Proven ability to strategically analyze and manage large datasets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for comprehensive data and document management.Demonstrated critical assessment skills for dossier preparation and collaboration with internal partners.Soft Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.Strong ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities (internal and external).Self-motivated, proactive, and possessing a multi-tasking mindset with a strong sense of initiative.What's in it for You?Joining L'Oréal as a Regulatory Executive offers a unique opportunity to:Be at the Forefront of Beauty Innovation: Contribute to L'Oréal's century-long legacy of blending science with beauty.
