Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Depending on your learning path and team needs, you will:
- Learn to monitor, troubleshoot, and support the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) and its supporting ecosystem.
- Assist with EDI message configuration, deployment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports.
- Gain exposure to cloud-based and on-prem IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
- Participate in customer support activities, helping resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Shadow experienced engineers and gradually take ownership of specific repeatable tasks.
- Document solutions, contribute to knowledge bases, and improve internal processes.
- Be part of an on-call/shift rotation over time as you gain experience.
Who You Are
- In university going towards a diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Passionate about tech and eager to learn.
- Curious about systems, data, and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong communicator with good written and verbal English skills.
- Bonus if you’ve dabbled in Infrastructure, Linux, Python, Networking, or Power BI – but not a must.
