What's the role?

We’re seeking an experienced senior front-end developer to join a small team developing low latency scalable front-office applications. 

The responsibilities for the position includes hands-on front-end JavaScript development across both existing and greenfield applications, along with real-time event-based browser application development. The role involves contributing to UX design and client-side architecture while collaborating in a fast-paced agile environment. It also requires active participation in continuous integration, code reviews, and ensuring frequent, consistent production delivery.

What do I need?

Required Skills:

• Experience building large well-tested modular client applications.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JS
• React
• Strong believer in well-tested, reliable and performant code.
• Experience in finance, particularly in FX, will be considered a strong advantage.

Desirable Skills:

• Distributed source control such as Git, Mercurial or Bitkeeper.
• AngularJS, React or Caplin Trader.
• LESS or Sass
• Typescript 
• UX design skills 
• Java or C# .NET 
• Automated testing
