Who am I? As an FC Coordinator, this role is responsible for ensuring that our clients are delivered in compliance with service level agreements validated by the Business and conform to the Group's norms. It involves optimizing Cost to Serve (cost, timing, quality) and managing all logistic activities linked to the FC. Furthermore, the role proactively identifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations, fostering a culture of operational excellence. A key aspect is to continuously seek opportunities to enhance the end-to-end customer logistics experience, ensuring service levels meet or exceed expectations. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in ensuring the 3PL's strict adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), thereby contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. My responsibilities: Daily contact with 3PL FC to assess capacity and needs.Daily contact with Business Divisions.Arbitration (in agreement with business) when needed.Ensuring and monitoring the strict compliance of 3PL operations with all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including regular performance reviews and corrective action implementation.Defining new rules (changes in customer needs, new L'Oréal requirements) together with Customer Care, Divisions and 3PL.Optimizing performance (stock management, efficiency, flows) and follow-up/analysis of KPIs.Guaranteeing stock accuracy.Leading and facilitating regular operational meetings (e.g., weekly ops meetings, MBRs - Monthly Business Reviews) with 3PL and internal stakeholders to review performance, address challenges, and align on strategic initiatives.Developing and implementing action plans for identified gaps and opportunities for improvement.Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks and developing contingency plans to address disruptions beyond typical peak periods.Driving discussions and collaborating with 3PL to find innovative and effective solutions for operational challenges and process optimization.Ensuring data accuracy and visibility across logistics operations, leveraging systems and reports for informed decision-making. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment. A deep understanding of supply chain management principles and experience with 3PL operations are essential. Our ideal candidate has: A master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably with significant exposure to 3PL management;Fluency in English and French (both written and verbal) is required, and proficiency in other relevant languages is a strong plus;Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;A resilient and positive attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners. And demonstrated knowledge of:Physical flowsCustomer Specifics (type of delivery, frequency, leadtime)Tools (SAP, interfaces with 3PL WMS)General business acumen (peaks, pre-sales, launches)Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma principles) and project management frameworks.Advanced analytics for performance monitoring and problem-solving.
