Ansell is looking for a Assoc Director, Total Rewards EMEA & Global Programs to join our team in Brussels, BE.

In this position you will play a vital role in leading Total Rewards across EMEA, with global responsibility for the design and governance of Equity (LTI), Short-Term Incentive (STI), Rewards Technology, and Compensation Infrastructure. The role drives regional excellence, builds globally consistent frameworks, and supports Executive Compensation initiatives.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & HRIS, you will have the opportunity to:

EMEA Regional Leadership

·       Single point of accountability for all Total Rewards in EMEA.

·       Develop and execute competitive, compliant, and locally aligned compensation and benefits strategies across diverse countries.

·       Lead and mentor the EMEA Total Rewards team to ensure excellence in compensation cycles, benefits, and market pricing.

·       Act as strategic partner to EMEA HR and business leaders on all rewards matters.

Global Program Ownership

·       Equity (LTI): Lead global design and administration of long-term incentive programs to drive value creation and retention.

·       Short-Term Incentives (STI): Own global framework and governance for bonus and cash incentive plans aligned with performance goals.

·       Rewards Technology: Define global strategy for systems, tools, and analytics to improve efficiency and employee experience.

·       Compensation Infrastructure: Maintain job evaluation, grading, salary ranges, and benchmarking to ensure equity and competitiveness.

What will you bring to Ansell?

·       Solid experience in Total Rewards with a proven track record of success in both regional and global capacities.

·       Proven track record in global Total Rewards, including Equity/LTI, incentive design, compensation systems, and Executive Compensation.

·       Strong people leadership and stakeholder influence within complex, global matrix organizations.

·       Skilled in creating impactful Total Rewards solutions that align with business drivers and support talent attraction, retention, and recognition globally.

·       Balances global consistency with regional needs, ensuring strategies are both scalable and locally relevant.

·       Capable of setting high-level global strategy while driving effective regional implementation and outcomes.
