Zeeco India supports global projects with engineering and documentation excellence.Position Overview:We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in project documentation, technical coordination, and quality support for engineered equipment projects. This role is documentation-focused (approximately 70–80%) and is well-suited for professionals experienced in EPC, oil & gas, or mechanical project environments who can effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage technical project documentation, including drawings, BOMs, compliance certificates, inspection reports, and final dossiers.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) and external vendors to gather, track, and submit documentation.

Support QA/QC processes by facilitating and attending inspections (e.g., FATs), compiling inspection reports, and liaising with quality personnel and clients.

Maintain document logs, track submittals and approvals, and ensure compliance with client and industry requirements

Communicate with clients on documentation submissions, clarifications, and timelines.

Support quality functions by compiling Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), inspection checklists, and delivery certifications.

Assist in documentation and resolution of non-conformities or deviations as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical.

3–5 years of experience in documentation, project engineering, or quality support in an EPC or fabrication environment.

Familiarity with ASME/API documentation requirements and basic inspection procedures (e.g., NDT, FAT).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and ERP systems.

Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple documentation flows in parallel.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in client-facing documentation roles within oil & gas or industrial projects.

Exposure to vendor, sub-vendor, and third-party inspector coordination.

Working knowledge of P&IDs, valve data sheets, or pressure part drawings.

Familiarity with technical compliance standards and final dossier compilation.
