  • Conduct in-depth process mapping, analysis, and bottleneck identification across various operational workflows.

  • Identify, quantify and articulate areas of opportunity, especially within multi-stakeholder and highly interconnected processes. Adopt a test and learn culture for new initiatives to quickly establish feasibility for scaling across markets.

  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the manager and team lead community are familiar with and utilises lean principles and ways of working to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve quality outcomes.

  • Apply a system-thinking approach to diagnose process inefficiencies and design holistic, sustainable solutions.

  • Drive a globalised and aligned approach while adapting for local needs

  • Work closely with key stakeholders including our markets and other global functions to ensure compliance and local regulations are adhered to

  • Prepare and implement process changes and monitor operational impact and quality

  • Collaborate with Product and Tech to drive operational optimisation through automation, self-serve and simplified processes

  • Establish measures of success and track and report impact

  • Take ownership of key improvement initiatives from ideation through to delivery

  • Clearly present and communicate plans and proposal to key stakeholders including senior management

Can you deliver? Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

  • Proven track record of delivering tangible operational improvements and sustainable process optimization in complex business environments.

  • Extensive experience in applying lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA) to re-engineer and optimize complex business processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster adoption of new processes through effective change management strategies.

  • Solid and creative problem solving skills with a self-starter attitude, and willingness to get stuck into new challenges and opportunities

  • Solid analytical thinking, advanced data analysis skills (e.g., process mining, statistical process control), and a data-driven approach to identify process trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to deliver complex work through other colleagues and functions

  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate plans and impact to key stakeholders

  • Strong team player - able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively

  • Independent thinker, proactive problem solver, able to see the big picture, and think “one step ahead”

  • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
