As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with experienced PMs, engineers, designers, and data teams to deliver high-impact features across our driver and marketplace products. This is the perfect launchpad for someone at the start of their product journey who’s curious, ambitious, and ready to grow at speed in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver new features end-to-end.
- Translate user and business needs into structured product requirements.
- Do discovery, planning, and delivery using agile practices.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across product & tech, and operations.
- Show ownership and high agency in driving outcomes, even without perfect information.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Design, or Product Analytics.
- Technology and UX understanding: how backed APIs, UX and digital products work.
- Strong structure and communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Energy, passion, and high ownership in solving problems and moving things forward.
- Familiarity with agile processes, scrum ceremonies, and JIRA.
- Experience working in startups or scaleups.
- Analytical skills, including the ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Experience in ride-hailing, marketplaces, or mobility/food delivery/operations products.
- Interest/experience in marketplaces and complex supply–demand dynamics.
