Do you want to not only experience IT processes, but actively question and improve them? Do you want to know how the IT service desk and onsite support work in a large company - and do you enjoy comparing standards and contributing new ideas?
Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for someone who is not only hands-on, but also thinks along with us: you will analyze our processes, compare them with current best practices and contribute your suggestions for improvement. You'll be out and about on site, getting to know our team and users and being right in the middle of the action.

Your Tasks:

• You analyze the existing processes in IT Service Desk and Onsite Support.
• You compare our processes with current IT standards and best practices.
• You develop suggestions for optimization together with the team and contribute fresh ideas.
• You support the team in day-to-day business and are the point of contact for our users.
• You document your findings and help to implement new solutions.
• You take on small and sub-projects independently and bring them to completion on your own.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable
• Interest in IT service, support and process optimization
• Presence work at the Berlin location
• Strong communication and expression skills
• Good German and English skills (at least B2 level)

Desired Skills:

• Initial experience in IT support or with IT processes
• Openness and interest in approaching people
• Structured and independent way of working and an eye for detail
