Key Accountabilities
- To pro-actively assist the pre-lit teams with a variety of tasks including:
- Monitoring MOJ Portal
- Monitoring inboxes
- Maintaining, reviewing and actioning spreadsheets
- Completing new claim actions
- Actioning CRU post and ownership of CRU tasks
- Completing chaser tasks on files to support the claims handlers via telephone and email
- Raising low value payments
- Assisting with training as and when required
- Onboarding run-off work on various projects
- Undertaking appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader/DBUD
- Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system
- Comply with set client SLA’s
- Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 12 months relevant admin / claims support experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication & telephone skills
- Able to use Excel
- Excellent client care and customer service skills
- Ability to manage volume workload via task management
- Ability to work as a team and independently
