Colonial Country Club is seeking polished, professional, and service-oriented Fine Dining Servers to deliver exceptional experiences in our upscale dining venues. As a server, you will be expected to provide attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious service, embodying the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to anticipate and exceed member expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide an elevated level of table service in accordance with Colonial’s fine dining standards.
• Greet members and guests promptly and courteously, using their names when appropriate.
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer informed recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Coordinate timing of food and beverage delivery with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas throughout service.
• Ensure all member and guest requests are handled professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to all TABC and club policies regarding the service of alcohol.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas as needed.
• Communicate any member preferences, concerns, or special requests to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to stand, walk, lift trays, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability Tuesday–Saturday evenings, including holidays and special events.

Background check and drug screen required.
