Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings and plans based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to refine technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings meet industry standards and company guidelines.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and managers.
• Maintain organized drawing logs and templates.
• Assist in project timelines, ensuring drafting work stays on schedule.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide custom drawings as needed for special projects.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks experience a plus).
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, with consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Additional training/certifications in drafting or related field a plus.
