Control Systems Data Analyst

OASYS, INC., a Leading Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Control Systems Data Analyst position to support our Army customer in San Antonio, TX.

Job responsibilities include:

• Use Power Automate to aggregate or modify source data for ingestion into tool to display data.
• Use of PowerBI to modify and display data to provide data driven story.
• Act as team SharePoint POC for minor updates and modifications.
• Utilize Palantir Foundry Vantage to source data.
• Use of DAX language to perform modifications of data. DAX is used in PowerBI.
• Use site maps, architecture documentation, site assessments, and production processes to prepare workflow process documents.
• Analyze mission assessments to assist identification of key assets, critical infrastructure, and systems.
• Assist with prioritization of key assets with resourcing and protection of assets.
• Develop technical and operational views, reports, and summaries to provide leadership with a continuous, accurate, situational understanding and impact to mission and operational risk.
• Ability to prepare and maintain Excel files to document, sort, and present reports for multiple audience requirements.
• Prepare detailed workflow process diagram in Microsoft Visio or similar Army provided application.
• Develop and maintain Common Operating Picture/Dashboards to support AMC Leadership decision making efforts.
• Assist other teams with related efforts as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 - 12 years of work related experience.
• Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
• Ability to create templates for others to conduct inventory tasks
• Ability to prepare and maintain Excel files to document, sort, and present reports for multiple audience requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Working knowledge of some or all of these tools:
  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint Online (editing, access, list modification)
  • PowerBI Desktop and Online
  • Use of online tools like Palantir Foundry Vantage to source data
  • PowerQuery - either via Excel or PowerBI
  • Vantage: a big plus for experience using data connections to input data into vantage

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of control systems
• Familiarity with the Perdue Model Architecture
• Experience with IT/OT in an operational environment
• DoD military experience

Required Education: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, would be preferred if it is a STEM related degree. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Or an Associates degree plus two additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.

Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
